Trabaja Ceuta is the new portal created by the City of Ceuta and Procesa to make it easier for local companies to find staff quickly. A convenient and efficient way to get local businesses in touch with the most suitable candidates for each position.
How does it work?
If this is the first time your company is going to post a job offer, the process is simple. Your account will be automatically created when the first job offer is sent. The user I.D. will be immediately validated by email. In the same email, you will receive instructions for the remaining steps to set up a password so that you may access Trabaja Ceuta.
When the company posts a job offer, our team will verify that your offer is correct and improvements will be made if necessary. We ensure that each post is displayed properly; we maintain quality standards; and we try to make each job posting as enticing as possible for potential candidates.
The offer will be published in the “list of job offers” and any user will be able to apply for that position. You will be able to see, in real-time, the profiles of all applicants and you will be able to discard those that do not match until you find the ideal profile. Once you finish the process, you can easily remove the offer from the list.
